With over 30 years of experience in both the music and insurance industries, Kristi has cultivated a dynamic and versatile career. From 1987 to 2009, she thrived in Nashville, Tennessee, where she held pivotal roles in the country music sector, including Product Development Manager, Marketing Director, and Executive Vice President of Operations at major companies like RCA Records, Giant Records, Broadvision Publishing, and Music Enterprises.

In 2009, Kristi transitioned into sales, where she excelled as a Sales Executive in the food and beverage industry until 2020. This shift brought her back to her hometown of Dallas, Texas, where she ultimately discovered her passion for the insurance industry. As a natural extrovert who genuinely loves helping others, Kristi found success as an Agency Producer. Her expertise and dedication led her to Outfitters Insurance, where she has played a crucial role in driving business growth.

In 2024, Kristi relocated back to Nashville to lead Outfitters Insurance’s Southeastern regional expansion, leveraging her experience and passion for building lasting client relationships and delivering tailored insurance solutions.

Outside of work, Kristi enjoys live music events, reading, cooking, and spending time with her two rescue dogs, Milli and Lola.
